1. General Agreement

jbdkx is an online gaming platform serving players in Myanmar. All services, games, financial transactions, and activities provided on this website are governed by these terms and conditions.

Every player who uses this platform is considered to have voluntarily, fully understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Please be aware that this agreement is a legally binding contract between the player and jbdkx and may give rise to legal obligations.

jbdkx may at any time request documents needed to confirm a player's identity. If these are not provided, account-related processes may be temporarily suspended. This is done to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

3. Age Restriction

Only players aged 21 and above may play on the jbdkx platform (21+ only). Players under the required age are strictly prohibited from using this platform. If a false age is provided during registration, the account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Only players aged 21 and above are allowed to play. It is your responsibility to ensure that children cannot access this platform. Parental control software may be installed for this purpose.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Regarding deposits and withdrawals on the jbdkx platform, players must be aware of the following policies—

4.1 Deposit Policy

  • Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks by any method.
  • Deposits must be sent from a KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account registered in the player's own name.
  • Deposits from a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • The wagering requirement stated in the bonus terms must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The bonuses and promotions offered by jbdkx each come with their own specific terms. The following points are the general bonus policy—

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks is available on the first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15 times (15x wagering) must be completed—

  • Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, 30,000 × 15 = 450,000 Ks must be wagered.
  • Example 2 — Deposit 280,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 480,000 Ks. To withdraw, 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks must be wagered.

Bonuses cannot be combined or used at the same time. When claiming a bonus, check the bonus details page to see which game types and bet amounts count towards the wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If jbdkx determines that a bonus has been used with intent to defraud or constitutes bonus abuse, jbdkx reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and withhold any winnings derived from it. In such cases, jbdkx's decision is final.

6. Fair Play Policy

jbdkx is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Games on the platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that each result is completely independent of the others.

  • All players have equal access to fair play; no one receives any unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting game software, attempting to hack, or using any fraudulent method is strictly prohibited.
  • If a player discovers a vulnerability that could be exploited in the platform software, they must immediately notify the jbdkx support team and must not exploit that vulnerability in any way.

7. Prohibited Actions

Players must not carry out any of the following actions on the jbdkx platform—

  • Using the platform for money laundering in any form.
  • Opening more than one account (multi-accounting).
  • Attempting to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Using automated bots or auto-clicking software.
  • Colluding against, harassing, or disrupting other players.
  • Modifying, reverse engineering, or copying any code related to the platform.
  • Deliberately claiming bonuses without making a genuine deposit (chip dumping).

If any of these violations are detected, jbdkx reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate any remaining balance without prior notice.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Action by jbdkx

Under the following circumstances, jbdkx may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a player's account—

  • When a confirmed breach of these terms and conditions is established.
  • When the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.
  • Under the Responsible Gaming policy, in the interest of the player's wellbeing.
  • While a legal investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to voluntarily close their account, they can contact the jbdkx support team directly. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed (bonus funds are included only if the wagering requirement has been met). After the account is closed, jbdkx will retain the gaming and transaction records associated with that account in accordance with applicable law.
